About Us

ISHDI was founded by Muhammed Naushad in 2025. Naushad has over 18 years of experience in software development fields. The word ‘ISHDI’ means `Inexplicable Source of Human Design and Intelligence`.

ISHDI started from Mr Naushad’s long-time wish. ISHDI first decided to begin as a software service company, but later Naushad met Lars, a German entrepreneur, and moved on to product development. Naushad and Lars decided to start two different companies, Clarity Verse in Germany and ISHDI software solutions in India.

 

ISHDI is the tech partner of Clarity Verse, and Clarity Verse is the business partner of ISHDI. In other words, Clarity Verse is the parent company of ISHDI, which handles all global operations. 

ISHDI started a business with an initial capital of $1. ISHDI’s initial web product will be Clarity Shop, which is a joint venture between ISHDI and Clarity Verse.
